STOP AT LOBBY CONCIERGE FOR TEMPERATURE CHECK
COMPLETE COVID-19 SCREENING FORM/WAIVER
NO EXTRA PEOPLE WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE SUITE
WASH HANDS PRIOR TO ENTERING SUITE CORRIDORS
PRACTICE MINIMUM OF 6' SOCIAL DISTANCING IN ALL COMMON AREAS
NEW SUITE PROTOCOLS
*VERY IMPORTANT*If you are experiencing any symptoms such as, fever, chills, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, or flu like symptoms, please do not schedule until you are feeling better or reschedule if you already have an appointment (within the cancellation parameters). If you have been tested for COVID-19 and have pending results, DO NOT SCHEDULE a reservation until you receive a NEGATIVE test result.
PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPT
-There are now new safety measures put in place as you know, this will add to the time it takes for you to get to your appt. Lateness will not be tolerated and will result in cancelled services with no refunds.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING EXTRA GUESTS OR CHILDREN TO YOUR APPT OR EXTRA ITEMS
-If you are coming with another client, one will have to wait in the car until their appointment time. We no longer have access to the Cafe Area to wait. -Please refrain from bringing extra items other than cell phone and keys i.e. purses, bags, etc.
-Until further notice, all services will be charged at the time of booking. Please read below for our cancellation/refund policy. For cash gratuities, Cash App & Zelle are accepted.
All reservations require a deposit/payment to reserve your space for a particular day and time for your particular service(s).
Please note, Ombrè Brow Services have a 72 hr cancellation policy!All reservations can be rescheduled/cancelled before 24hrs prior to your reservation with no charges. (i.e. Your reservation is scheduled for 1pm on Friday, you can mange your reservation using your confirmation email BEFORE 1pm on Thursday)
All reservations that need to cancel/make changes (AFTER 24 hrs) will forfeit their deposit/payment and a new reservation can be made with a new deposit/payment. Also, reservations that are changed (AFTER 24hrs prior to the reservation) will be charged for the original services reserved. (i.e. Brows & Lashes changes to just Brows or just Lashes, will be charged for the original reservation)
All reservations that result in a “No Call No Show” will be charged for the full amount of services reserved.
LATENESS: Please notify us at least 1hr prior to your scheduled reservation if you anticipate being late. If circumstances are out of your control, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can advise you in the best way moving forward. Lateness can result in a reduction of services or a full cancellation which still follows our cancellation policy above. The best point of contact is TEXTING (443-380-0491 as we typically do not answer calls while servicing clients.
PARKING: We have plenty of FREE parking, however, on Thursdays-Saturdays, it gets full really quickly. Please allow extra time for parking and getting to our suite at the start of your appointment time.
